As winter is on it’s way out, though to be honest it is not completely gone as I am still finding myself wearing my favourite coats and jackets to keep me warm. Spring has finally decided to make an appearance I thought I would be nice to put together a little wishlist of an outfit I would love to treat myself to as a welcome to my favourite season. Those who know me know I love nothing more than browsing the internet to grab a bargain at a reasonable price without breaking the bank.
When I am putting outfits together, I do it in such a way that later on I can come back and reminisce about the outfit and it’s story (if there is one). Spring always calls for bright pastel colours that though did not always frequent my closet are now making an appearance and I do not see a change in direction any time soon.
First up I love this skirt! It is really light for when the weather starts to get warmer and can be worn with tights on the slightly cooler days. I found it on MandM Direct for just £14.99! Such a bargain for such a beautiful skirt. It looks so light and elegant and looks as though it would suit and body type. I love that is is longer at the back too, adds a touch of class.
I would team it with this scooped back bodysuit from New Look which I think is lovely and simple. It is obviously a body suit so will stay nice and tucked into the skirts waist unlike some annoying tops that constantly come out!
And these little beauties by Irregular choice with matching bag! I am in love with them! I love the bright colour of them and they would make the yellow in the skirt pop. Teamed with the matching bag this could easily be an evening or daytime outfit. These are a little bit pricey but I mean look at them! How could you not?!
And for those slightly cooler evenings I would team it with this cardigan from Mango as I like the floweriness to it and think it would look nice with the skirt, plus it can be used with so many outfits so it is a practical purchase.
What items are on your spring wish list? Apart from that Easter egg of course!
