As we start the new week, I have to reflect on the ended week and what I managed to accomplish. It started off as a hectic week with so much to get done before end of Tuesday. Wednesday morning was even busier as I managed to squeeze in a meeting before my flight to Barcelona. I will say mid-week through to the end of the week was impressive and exactly what I needed. Yesterday I did something incredible, I walked and jogged a half marathon which is 13.1 miles. I had not previous training and to make matters worse I hadn’t eaten before hand. For me it was sure will power that drove me that food and water but I will never participate unprepared like this again. I managed to finish just under 4 hours and to my surprise I wasn’t the last one either which is truly incredible. My body has been battered that’s for sure but I am still glad I did it and next time I will train. Now that…

Can you believe that today is the LAST Monday of September 2017 and that we are now officially in Autumn? Hurricanes, bane of many people’s existence and wish they never happened. The USA seems to have been in one for the longest and we have them in our prayers.
