{Recipe} Banana Smoothie

Banana smoothie is one of the easiest and quickest smoothies to make in my opinion and also one of the most customisable smoothies. I am a huge lover of smoothies but usually stay clear of them in winter time since most require you use ice in them. So today I decided to make a smoothie minus the ice and use only a few ingredients which I had in my kitchen.

Banana smoothie

This recipe is simple, quick and easy and once you’ve made your Banana smoothie, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your drink with no care in the world. I think this smoothie is one of my healthiest smoothies.

  • 4 tbsp yoghurt, I used muller and Arla greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk, I used soya but Almond and other milk can be used
  • 1/2 cup water, now during the summer I would also add a few cubes of ice but for winter no

Notes

If smoothie is too thick add more water, if too thin then add more yoghurt.

Is it weird that I don’t like bananas in smoothies? There’s just something about the flavor that I only like when I eat a banana on its own.

I am so going to make this at home. I just had my braces on and it’s not exactly to eat right now so I am on a soft diet. This banana smoothie will add variety to my meals during this phase.
