Banana Smoothie

Banana smoothie is one of the easiest and quickest smoothies to make in my opinion and also one of the most customisable smoothies. I am a huge lover of smoothies but usually stay clear of them in winter time since most require you use ice in them. So today I decided to make a smoothie minus the ice and use only a few ingredients which I had in my kitchen.

This recipe is simple, quick and easy and once you’ve made your Banana smoothie, you can sit back, relax and enjoy your drink with no care in the world. I think this smoothie is one of my healthiest smoothies.

{Recipe} Banana Smoothie

Easy to make Banana Smoothie with only a few ingredients and be done in less than 5 minutes


  • 2 overripe bananas
  • 1 tsp protein powder of choice I use shakeology in Vanilla flavour
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt, I used muller and Arla greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup milk, I used soya but Almond and other milk can be used
  • 1/2 cup water, now during the summer I would also add a few cubes of ice but for winter no


  1. Add all ingredients in blender, mix with spoon then blend.


If smoothie is too thick add more water, if too thin then add more yoghurt.
